• 7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of positioning and narrative for a product or category.
• Experience driving a launch, repositioning, or category story end to end with writing and strategy.
• Ability to craft crisp narratives and launch materials that engage audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the messaging, positioning, and talk tracks for Novus; align product, sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Build and run end-to-end GTM plans across audience targeting, channel strategy, and launch moments.
• Define acquisition channel mix with revenue marketing and drive early-access signups.
• Build communities among developers and builders; earn trust with skeptical audiences.
• Design self-serve onboarding and freemium-to-paid conversion paths; iterate from feedback.
• Shape how Novus and Pendo exist together in the market and enable sales/partners.
• Define metrics linking activity to pipeline and early revenue signals.
