Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Senior Product Manufacturing Engineer in Middletown, CT. You will support CSMC manufacturing operations, drive improvements to raise first-pass yield, and own the manufacturing value stream for a specific part family.

This onsite role demands strong analytical and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include leading process optimization, root cause analysis, and coordinating actions to reduce costs and increase

Competenze

B.S. in a STEM field with 5+ years in manufacturing (or Master’s with 3+ years).
U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and read complex blueprints.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Mansioni

Support manufacturing shop floor and drive process improvements across the full value stream.
Collaborate with IPT and engineers to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Identify and execute projects to reduce cost of poor quality and improve capacity.
Drive optimization using PFMEA, Control Plans, MRL tools, yield and cost analyses.
Document statements, calculations and recommendations; communicate with senior management.
