Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for our clinician- and site-facing web application, the primary interface for clinicians, clinical research sites, and trial teams interacting with Beacon's ML-enabled brain health platform.

This remote role reports to the Manager, Web Applications and collaborates with engineers, designers, data science, regulatory, and commercial teams to shape quarterly plans and ensure a coherent user

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years managing web-based software products.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with highly technical products such as data platforms, analytics products, or ML-enabled applications.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, design, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or biotech experience preferred with quick clinical context learning.
• Experience developing regulated software under design control (IEC 62304) preferred.
• Experience designing for clinicians, clinical sites, or other expert users is a plus.
• Comfort using AI-assisted drafting and rapid prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for the clinician- and site-facing web application.
• Drive major development milestones and translate direction into quarterly plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data science and ML teams on specs and model outputs presentation.
• Conduct formal and informal usability tests and user interviews with clinicians and site staff.
• Deliver product requirements through design controls in a regulated environment.
• Balance needs of multiple customer types and stakeholders and manage external demos.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and risks to stakeholders.
