Job summary

Blue Bridge People is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Material Handling Systems to lead automation solutions that optimize how products move through logistics environments. You will define vision, roadmap, and performance standards for conveyance and sortation technologies, and align engineering with operational goals.

Work with cross‑functional teams to own the product strategy, drive scalable and reliable deployments, and translate technical features into customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical role in the material handling industry.
• Strong technical communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for material handling equipment.
• Serve as a technical expert on conveyance, sortation, and related tech.
• Lead product development including research, design docs, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Drive alignment across teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Solve complex system challenges and develop scalable, high‑impact solutions.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful implementation with improved reliability and deployment outcomes.
