Job summary

Geotab is hiring a Senior Product Manager to oversee product development from conception to launch across multiple products. You will own the product roadmap and drive portfolio-level prioritization, collaborating with UX, data scientists, and engineering teams to align with business strategy.

You will lead customer discovery, refine value propositions, and ensure data-informed decisions using product KPIs.

Qualifications

5–8 years of product management and/or customer discovery experience.
Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Business, CS, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to diverse audiences.
Strong strategic mindset, diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution in a flat org.

Responsibilities

Understand infrastructure to support revenue growth and ownership of the product roadmap.
Lead portfolio-level prioritization aligned with business strategy.
Mentor team members in customer discovery and interviews.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with UX, data science, engineering and leaders.
Establish metrics, reporting, and feedback loops to guide decisions.
Translate needs into epics and initiatives aligned with strategy.
Collaborate with project managers for execution.
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements.
