Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee product development from conception to launch across multiple products or segments. You will discover, develop, and cultivate new products and ongoing enhancements that support Geotab’s business models and continued growth.

You will own the comprehensive product roadmap, work with UX designers, developers, data scientists, and senior leadership, and drive portfolio-level prioritization aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management and/or customer discovery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Engineering/Business/CS background valued.
• Proficiency with user engagement metrics and product KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Strong Agile planning knowledge and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure plan to support revenue growth and define product roadmap.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, data scientists, PMs, customers, and leaders.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Translate needs into epics and initiatives and work with PMs toward execution.
• Analyze feedback and drive data-informed product improvements.
