You will shape requirements from market trends and customer feedback, guide agile delivery, and evangelize the roadmap to customers and internal teams, ensuring scalable, high-impact outcomes across global life sciences customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience for a software company.
• Experience synthesizing customer feedback into design requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, ownership-driven with strong work ethic.
• Experience writing requirements specs and leading backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and pitching through design, development, and delivery to bring new features to market.
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into clear product requirements for future needs.
• Drive ideation and development of new AI features within core commercial software.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, development, and QA to create detailed product specifications delivering real business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams in daily standups to ensure timely releases.
• Present the roadmap and demo cutting-edge features to customers and internal stakeholders.
