Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition to shape a new product area for mobile developers. You will own the strategy, work with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams, and drive experiments to scale impactful solutions in a remote-first environment.

You will leverage expertise in mobile performance marketing, attribution, and monetization to connect acquisition with downstream insights and optimize ROI across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Five+ years owning significant product or growth decisions end-to-end.
• Hands-on mobile user acquisition expertise with campaigns or products used by acquisition teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile acquisition channels and tools (MMPs, attribution solutions, Apple Ads, Meta and Google platforms, conversion APIs).
• Ability to reason about CAC, LTV, ROAS, and campaign optimization signals.
• Familiarity with ATT, SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit and privacy measurements.
• Demonstrated zero-to-one product leadership and hypothesis validation.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, and attribution systems.
• Ability to conduct customer interviews and analyze market dynamics.
• Strong judgment in evaluating experiments and data for decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ownership mindset with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Define the user acquisition strategy and product vision for differentiated value.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with mobile developers and acquisition teams to understand workflows and needs.
• Assess mobile advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape for opportunities.
• Translate insights into focused product hypotheses and bets.
• Lead experiments, prototypes, and partnerships to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams on requirements (APIs, SDKs, integrations, identity, data flows).
• Connect acquisition with monetization using subscription revenue and downstream data.
• Communicate recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Build a long-term roadmap for a sustainable user acquisition offering.
• Measure impact with experiments and launches to guide strategy.
• Establish internal domain expertise on mobile UA and attribution.
