Job summary
Apple, Cupertino, is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Apple Pay issuer products in the US. You will scale issuer features, collaborate with issuers, networks, PSPs, and banks, and own the end-to-end issuer product experience ensuring reliable, secure, and performant payments.
You will lead partnerships, drive enablement, and stay ahead of industry trends, delivering scalable technical solutions and enhanced Wallet adoption.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of payments product/program management experience in fintech or core payment tech.
- Experience with digital wallets, issuers, networks, PSPs, and processors.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives with hands-on technical expertise across the payment ecosystem.
- Strong communication with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own enablement and technical implementation of Apple Pay issuer products across partners.
- Collaborate with BD to drive adoption and scale issuer features.
- Define technical requirements, integration plans, and launch milestones with cross-functional teams.
- Lead partner onboarding and end-to-end implementations, resolving blockers.
- Provide ongoing technical support and feature enablement for existing partners.
- Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and product improvements.
- Develop documentation, APIs/SDKs, and tooling to simplify integrations.
- Serve as SME on tokenization, provisioning, and Apple Pay flows to guide troubleshooting.
- Monitor industry trends and advise on market-ready enhancements.
