Job summary

the company is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its Consumer Money Wallet team in a hybrid role across Denver, San Francisco, or New York. You will own the Wallet roadmap, shape fintech experiences, and collaborate with engineering, design, and risk teams to deliver compliant, customer-friendly financial products.

With 7+ years in product management in accounting/financial software, you will drive data-driven decisions, partner with external vendors, and help scale payroll-based

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in accounting/financial software or adjacent domain.
• Familiarity with AI tools and comfortable using prototypes to accelerate development.
• Data oriented and able to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts (journal entries, reconciliation flows) and related workflows.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats (research, forecasting, prototyping).
• Able to understand how features fit into the broader accounting system and prioritize effectively.
• Strong frameworks for prioritization and delivering customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap initiatives spanning the company's financial services and help workers make financial progress.
• Ship consumer banking experiences across onboarding, everyday usage, retention, and support on all surfaces.
• Take ownership of business outcomes for your workstream.
• Be the fintech infrastructure and payments expert to untangle complexity and ship durable systems.
• Leverage the payroll ecosystem to build consumer features unique to income origination.
• Deeply understand customers, especially hourly and salaried workers, to craft product narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship resilient, compliant products.
• Evaluate opportunities with external vendors to deliver integrated experiences.
• Define KPIs around activation, funding, engagement, and retention and use data to drive prioritization.
