Job summary

Lowe’s in Charlotte is seeking a Sr Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for large, cross-functional products. You will define product features and manage backlogs, prioritizing work based on customer needs and stakeholder input.

Lead agile ceremonies, collaborate with engineering and business partners, and drive go-to-market strategies. Balance multiple designs and deliver measurable value aligned with company OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 5 years of experience in two or more of: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
• 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
• Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Drives the vision and direction for the product, finalizes the roadmap, and drives value in line with OKRs.
• Works through ambiguity to build OKRs for products that support portfolio and organizational OKRs.
• Collaborates with other product managers and leaders to prioritize features based on the product vision.
• Defines customer/user experience impacts at the domain level.
• Leads agile ceremonies and enables the scrum team to continuously learn and improve.
• Engages teams to ensure usable, viable, and feasible products and communicates value delivery.
• Partners with stakeholders to achieve product value and market-fit strategies.
• Defines objectives and analytics requirements for their product and leverages data insights.
