Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Decorative Surfaces to lead the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of our Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) portfolio. This is a physical product management role within the building materials and decorative surfaces industry, requiring experience with manufactured products and strong market-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales, marketing, or a related function managing physical/manufactured products.
• Experience in building materials, decorative surfaces, laminates, panels, flooring, cabinetry, furniture, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Experience developing product strategies, market plans, forecasts, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle plans.
• Experience partnering with Sales and other cross-functional teams to commercialize products and drive business results.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or other physical product environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new product introduction initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Define product requirements based on market needs, customer insights, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Design, Marketing, and Sales to develop and launch new products.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, and launch plans to ensure successful commercialization.
• Develop integrated product launch plans in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor product launches and make recommendations to improve performance and market adoption.
