Job summary
Wilsonart International is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Decorative Surfaces to drive the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of the Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) product portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to bring new products to market and optimize the existing lineup.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of decorative surfaces, TFL, laminate, panels and related building materials.
- Experience managing physical/manufactured products through development, commercialization, launch and lifecycle management.
- Experience leading new product introductions and cross-functional product development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and long-term product strategies for the TFL portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Design, and Finance.
- Define product requirements and launch plans for new products and enhancements.
- Monitor product launches and adjust strategies to improve market adoption.
