Job summary

Wilsonart LLC in Temple, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) line. This role focuses on tangible product marketing, new product introductions, market planning, lifecycle management and sales programming to maximize portfolio returns.

You will analyze market needs, develop product plans, forecast demand and collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing and sales to bring products to market on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales or Marketing.
• Experience in building materials is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manages new product introductions, market planning, product life cycle management, and sales programming.
• Develops annual and long-term product management plans to maximize portfolio returns.
• Assesses market competition and analyzes product features versus competitors.
