Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to own the operator console vision for Amazon’s next-generation fulfillment buildings. This deeply technical role collaborates with software management, science management, and engineers to push capabilities beyond monitoring toward autonomous resolution.

You will align multiple organizations, define a clear roadmap, and drive cross-team initiatives across live fulfillment sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, OR ops research or equivalent.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work, and ensure on-time delivery.
5+ years of product or program management, and 5+ years of technical product or program management.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap for the operator console.
Engage engineering and science leaders as a technical peer: challenge estimates and architecture trade-offs.
Be the single product voice across partner teams, aligning priorities into one experience.
Own the business value case, cost to run vs value delivered, and build/partner calls with justification.
Run customer research in live fulfillment buildings and oversee deployment readiness with Operations.
