Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to lead a 0 to 1 AI-native initiative for List experiences across Amazon surfaces. You will define a bold vision, translate customer signals into intelligent experiences, and partner with engineering and UX to deliver scalable, high-quality results.

The role requires deep AI/ML fluency, strong product instincts, and the ability to drive consensus across teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

5+ years in product/program management or related fields.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
End-to-end product delivery experience.
Ability to deliver under high ambiguity and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

Define and champion a bold product vision for a high-visibility initiative within Amazon Lists.
Identify opportunities to apply Gen AI to create differentiated, intelligent customer experiences.
Partner with engineering and UX to evaluate feasibility and define architecture trade-offs.
Align stakeholders across Amazon without direct authority; earn trust at VP+ levels.
Define success metrics and relentlessly prioritise based on customer impact.
