Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a senior product management leader for the Systems Control unit within Hubbell Utility Solutions. This role owns the product strategy, roadmap, and profitability, collaborating with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and operations to deliver competitive, market-driven products.

You will lead development of new products, manage lifecycle activities, and ensure VOC-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineered electrical products such as protection and control systems.
• Experience with engineer-to-order/configured-to-order products or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience working across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an overall product strategy and roadmap for Hubbell’s Systems Control business unit.
• Establish a clear vision for the portfolio based on customer needs, market trends, and technology.
• Drive new product development including ideation, business case, pricing, and product changes; manage NPD programs with milestones.
