Whole Foods Market is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead a team of product and program managers responsible for the systems, tools, and experiences that power how products get sourced, planned, and made available to customers across one of the world's most trusted grocery brands.

Your team will drive vendor management, self-service analytics, and end-to-end demand planning tools for merchandising, supply chain, and in-stock teams, enabling smarter planning across promotions

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product and program managers responsible for sourcing, planning, and making products available to customers.
• Own roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery.
• Drive alignment with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
