Job summary

1KOMMA5°, a global energy software scale-up, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Energy to own the software that lets households participate in energy markets. You will shape the roadmap, work with engineering, operations, and other PMs, and decide what to build next as energy products evolve.

Germany is our home market, and you will translate energy-market realities into product requirements for Germany and other markets we grow into.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management in energy, utilities, or regulated platforms.
Ownership of a product domain across multiple teams and roadmap decisions.
Experience guiding other Product Managers; line management is a plus.
Solid understanding of energy markets, tariffs, and energy trading.
Experience owning a software roadmap with engineering teams in a regulated environment.
Comfort with unit economics and product metrics.
Excellent English; German is a plus; based in Germany or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Own the software roadmap for Energy; shape product evolution.
Collaborate daily with development teams and cross-functional partners.
Define domain direction, align roadmaps, and unblock teams.
Partner with operations to ensure products are valuable and operable.
Write specs, run discovery, prioritize, and ship.
Shape new energy products including direct marketing and flexibility.
Translate energy-market and regulatory realities into German product requirements.
Define product-health metrics: procurement quality, market participation, activation, SLAs.
Align prices, products, and activation with customers' needs.
