Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of a major user-facing product or core product experience.
• Strong track record in building excellent B2B SaaS, productivity, workflow, collaboration, or knowledge-management products.
• Excellent product and design judgment; proven ability to simplify complex workflows or information architecture.
• Experience guiding products from early definition through scaling, adoption, and refinement.
• Strong growth instincts; impact on activation, onboarding, engagement, or retention.
• Ability to operate with high agency in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and drive work independently.
• Deep customer orientation to translate feedback into broadly useful product decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to influence Engineering, Design, GTM, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the core Spaces experience: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how users organize and conduct their work in Spaces.
• Simplify complex workflows: Create intuitive experiences and mental models across navigation, information architecture, resources, activity, and agents.
• Drive product quality: Work with Design and Engineering to raise the craft bar and deliver a polished end-to-end experience.
• Grow adoption: Improve onboarding, activation, entry points, defaults, and repeat usage; define success metrics and use data to iterate.
• Lead end-to-end development: Take problems from discovery to launch, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
• Stay close to customers: Engage with law firms and in-house legal teams to translate needs into product decisions.
• Work across Harvey: Partner with adjacent product teams to fit Spaces into the broader Harvey platform.
