Qualifications

• Experience in product management for B2B SaaS, PLG, subscriptions, or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to improve activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Strong analytical skills with pricing, funnels, and experiments.
• Experience building self-service journeys and driving revenue growth.
• Track record of launching products from discovery to launch.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the SMB product growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Optimize self-service experiences, including free, trial, and entry-level offerings.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities using customer insights, analytics, and business impact.
• Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to drive product-led and sales-assisted growth.
• Validate and launch new SMB product opportunities from concept through scale.
• Lead cross-functional execution and champion SMB customer needs across the business.
