Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide one of our Integrations & Partner Enablement engineering teams in Austin. You’ll design solutions, review code and drive delivery of enterprise integrations that connect TeamViewer products to ERP, WMS and MES systems.

You will coach engineers, own planning and releases, balance new features with quality and tech debt, and collaborate with Product Management across Europe in an agile environment, applying CI/CD and AI-assisted coding practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in software engineering with modern practices.
• 2+ years leading engineers as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of full-stack engineers with performance feedback.
• Stay hands-on: design solutions, write code, review PRs and set technical bar.
• Own delivery from planning to release, balancing features and debt.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions with PM leadership.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and system integrators for reuse.
• Promote agile practices: testing, CI/CD, code reviews, docs.
• Drive AI-assisted development and responsible usage in the team.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new engineers.
