Company description

Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner helping established organizations get to their future, digitally enabled state, both in the way they work and the way they serve their customers. We help unlock value through a start-up mindset and modern methods, fusing strategy, consulting, and customer experience with agile engineering and problem-solving creativity. United by our core values and our purpose of helping people thrive in the brave pursuit of next, our 20,000+ people in 53 offices around the world combine experience across technology, data sciences, consulting, and customer obsession to accelerate our clients’ businesses through designing the products and services their customers truly value.

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong, hands-on Product Owner skills and Shopify experience to lead the delivery and evolution of customer-facing eCommerce experiences. This role combines discovery, feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap execution with direct ownership of the product backlog and feature delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Experience, QA, and business stakeholders, this individual will translate business and customer needs into clear, executable requirements and own features from concept through production release.

The ideal candidate brings strong digital commerce and Shopify experience and is comfortable operating within a complex enterprise ecosystem where commerce capabilities span multiple platforms and integrations. They connect customer needs and business objectives to prioritized delivery work and remain hands-on in backlog management, solutioning, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint execution, and release readiness. They actively resolve ambiguity and dependencies and drive delivery forward rather than ending their involvement at requirements handoff.

  • Own feature delivery from initial definition through development, QA, business validation, and production release, actively resolving open questions and coordinating readiness across teams.
  • Identify and actively manage dependencies across commerce capabilities and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Support the definition and delivery of end-to-end customer journeys across areas such as product discovery, cart and checkout, customer account, payments, order management, subscriptions, and post-purchase experiences.
  • Ensure delivered functionality remains aligned with business objectives, customer experience expectations, and agreed product requirements.
