Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Product Manager remote based. The Product Manager is responsible for leading the complete product portfolio and lifecycle—from development through deployment, support, and end-of-life management—with emphasis on security and DCSA compliance.

This role combines product management and technical support / RMA leadership, and includes Facility Security Officer responsibilities. Travel up to 25–50% for customers and field activities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management or related lock technology experience
• 10+ years of management experience
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycle from development through support
• Ability to travel 25-50% for customers, end-market research, vendor management, and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree or related business and domain experience
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Lead and coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams
• Maintain and enforce training plans, security protocols, clearance management, and DCSA compliance

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Product Manager remote based. The Product Manager is responsible for serving as the strategic leader of the complete product portfolio and lifecycle-from new product development through customer deployment, support, and end-of-life management. This role combines product management and technical support / RMA leadership to ensure seamless operations across all phases while maintaining Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) compliance posture.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $120,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What you will do
