Job summary

OPSWAT, a leader in IT/OT cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Secure File Gateway from inception through scale. You will collaborate with the ICAP Server product and enterprise security teams to define strategy, requirements, and a cohesive platform roadmap.

You’ll work with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, performance, and integration within enterprise security stacks.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ICAP, proxy tech, and content inspection workflows.
• Ability to translate tech concepts into customer value and product direction.
• Experience writing clear, actionable product requirements for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Secure File Gateway and ICAP Server.
• Drive adoption and growth by improving usability, performance, and integration.
• Lead market and competitive analysis across ICAP and related security tech.
• Translate feedback into prioritized initiatives and requirements.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, scalable capabilities and GTM plans.
