OPSWAT, a leader in IT/OT cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Secure File Gateway from inception through scale. You will collaborate with the ICAP Server product and enterprise security teams to define strategy, requirements, and a cohesive platform roadmap.
You’ll work with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, performance, and integration within enterprise security stacks.
OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and IC critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life.
OPSWAT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Secure File Gateway, a strategic product designed to complement our established ICAP Server solution, which today is deployed by organizations operating in critical infrastructure and high-security environments.
ICAP Server sits directly in the path of sensitive file flows, enforcing security policy, inspecting content in real time, and enabling safe access to web and internal systems. The Secure File Gateway will build on these core inspection and policy enforcement capabilities while addressing new customer needs, architectures, and deployment models.
In this role, you will own the Secure File Gateway from inception through scale, while working closely with the ICAP Server product to ensure strong alignment, interoperability, and a cohesive platform strategy. This is a rare opportunity to help define a new product category at OPSWAT while partnering with a mature, revenue-generating product used in the most demanding environments.
You’ll collaborate deeply with engineering, sales, and marketing to translate customer pain points and market signals into a differentiated, high-impact security offering.
Strong understanding of ICAP, proxy technologies, secure web gateways, networking fundamentals, and content inspection workflows. You can translate deep technical capabilities into clear customer value and product direction.
Proven experience owning roadmaps, writing high-quality requirements, and working closely with engineering teams to ship enterprise-grade software.
Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, gathering structured feedback, and incorporating real-world security use cases into product decisions.
Comfort collaborating with sales and marketing on positioning, launches, and adoption. Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles is a strong plus.
Clear, confident communicator who can align stakeholders across product, engineering, and GTM teams—and represent the product externally when needed.
3–5 years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally within cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure platforms. Experience with platform or integrated product portfolios is highly valued.
At OPSWAT, we protect the systems the world depends on. ICAP plays a critical role in securing web traffic and sensitive content flows for organizations operating in the most demanding environments.
You’ll join a fast‑growing cybersecurity company where product managers have real ownership, visibility, and impact. This role offers the opportunity to influence a critical product line, work alongside deeply technical teams, and help shape the future of secure web gateway and proxy technology.
If you want to build products that matter—and see your work directly protect critical infrastructure— we’d love to meet you.
