Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for browser and mobile access experiences supporting secure enterprise users. You will partner with Engineering, UX, Support, and stakeholders to shape direction and deliver consistent experiences across platforms.

Lead browser extensions and mobile apps with emphasis on security, usability, and business impact, working fully remote for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
6+ years in product management in Agile/Scrum environments with full ownership of an enterprise product line.
5+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security, focusing on password management or privileged access.
Experience shipping and operating browser extensions and mobile apps at enterprise scale.
Knowledge of browser extension security fundamentals and mobile identity features.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and strategy for browser and mobile access experiences.
Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap across browser extensions and mobile apps.
Drive end-to-end browser extension roadmap including submission cycles.
Define mobile product strategy, optimizing iOS and Android workflows.
Ensure consistent access experiences across platforms with cross-functional coordination.
Engage customers and stakeholders to validate requirements through discovery.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and support to deliver high-quality experiences.
