Ion Endoluminal is seeking a Product Manager to drive development, launch, and lifecycle management of robotic systems from study to commercialization. Responsibilities

• Own in-market product performance; improve adoption, utilization, and customer experience across clinical, operational, and commercial areas.
• Translate VOC, field insights, and post-market data into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmap inputs.
• Lead PM contributions to SIOP: forecasting, SKU planning, allocation, end-of-life decisions, and launch ramp support.
• Identify and resolve product quality and supply issues with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-functional leadership; manage business, contract, and pricing systems.
• End-of-life recommendations and planning with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market, customer, competitive, financial, and ops data to inform product decisions.
• Develop KPIs linking product performance to user needs and business outcomes.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, lifecycle planning, and business cases.
• Integrate research insights into product positioning and value propositions.
• Articulate unmet customer needs and propose feature enhancements aligned with strategy.
• Define and evaluate solutions based on business requirements and impact.
• Develop product claims, messaging, pricing inputs, and launch strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product rollouts, including pricing, timing, training, and system readiness.
• Drive US rollout readiness and execution with global support.
• Measure post-launch performance and feedback to drive improvement.
• Shape strategy and execution across product lines.
• Conduit between field teams and PM, providing actionable insights.
• Direct customer engagement: clinician interviews, site observations, and KOLs.
• Monitor literature, tech trends, and market dynamics.
• Contribute to roadmap by evaluating tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct market research to inform roadmap and align stakeholders.
