Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Reuse, writing the principles that govern AI-connected workflows, and to manage the reusable capability catalogue with Platform Engineering, Delivery, and Data Science. You’ll help ensure capabilities are trusted, well-documented, and adopted.

This senior/lead IC role reports to the Head of Product — Delivery and Internal, shaping the platform’s velocity, and driving a competitive advantage through a strong reuse culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in B2B technology.
• Technical literacy; discuss APIs, data pipelines, ML model integration.
• Experience owning platform or API products used by builders.
• Strong written communication; writes standards and docs.
• Experience defining product requirements with engineering.
• Autonomy; works with ambiguity and maintains quality.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain the build philosophy for reusable capabilities.
• Define criteria for reusable vs bespoke components.
• Ensure philosophy is actionable and used in practice.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Delivery.
• Own the Reuse roadmap and prioritization.
• Define standards for catalogue-ready capabilities (quality, docs, tests).
• Scope, specify, and ship new reusable capabilities.
• Maintain catalogue as a living product with versioning.
• Track adoption and address bypasses.
• Document every capability for delivery teams.
• Work with Product Ops and GTM Enablement on surface timing.
• Create adoption guidance and worked examples.
