Job summary

Future Secure AI in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Reuse, overseeing a growing catalogue of reusable AI capabilities. You’ll write the build principles, define criteria for reuse versus bespoke work, and partner with Platform Engineering, Delivery, and Data Science to ensure trust, documentation, and active use across customer engagements.

This senior/lead IC role reports to the Head of Product — Delivery and Internal, influencing standards that matter across the platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in a B2B technology environment.
• Technical literacy; discuss APIs, data pipelines, ML model integration with engineers.
• Experience owning platform/API/technically-facing products for builders.
• Strong written communication; write standards and capability specs.
• Ability to work with autonomy and ambiguity; drive to clarity.
• Experience defining requirements for technical capabilities with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain Future Secure AI's build philosophy: the principles and standards that govern how AI-connected workflows should be constructed on our platform.
• Define the criteria for when a capability becomes a reusable component versus a bespoke implementation for a specific customer.
• Ensure the build philosophy is clear, actionable, and actively used, not just a document.
• Work with Platform Engineering and Delivery to validate that the philosophy reflects technical reality and is practical to follow.
• Own the Reuse roadmap: what capabilities enter the catalogue, in what priority order, and on what basis.
• Define and enforce standards for what makes a capability catalogue-ready (quality bar, documentation, test coverage, adoption guidance).
• Work with Platform Engineering to scope, specify, and ship new reusable capabilities from requirements through to delivery team adoption.
• Maintain the catalogue as a living product: deprecate outdated patterns, version-evolve capabilities, improve based on usage feedback.
• Track adoption of catalogue capabilities and address bypass usage.
• Ensure every capability in the reuse catalogue is properly documented for delivery teams.
• Work with Product Ops and GTM Enablement to surface catalogue capabilities to the right people.
• Create or commission adoption guidance and worked examples so capabilities are used correctly.
