Under the direction of the Product Lead, the Product Manager will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned products, features, and capabilities with autonomy as a subject matter expert.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of product management experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience delivering digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision and measurable outcomes for assigned products.
• Lead roadmap development in partnership with design, technology, and scrum teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging.
• Ensure a customer-centric end-to-end experience and identify key pain points to resolve.
