Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned products, features, and capabilities. This role operates with autonomy and serves as a subject matter expert on capabilities, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.

The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners, design, technology, and scrum teams to ensure effective roadmap development and execution.

Qualifications

• Defined a compelling product vision with measurable outcomes.
• Owns and drives product roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership including people management and influence without authority.
• Delivers results with limited oversight and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer insights into prioritized roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned products, features, and capabilities.
• Partner with design, technology, and scrum teams to ensure effective roadmap development and execution.
• Translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging (selling futures).
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform differentiations and growth.
• Establish and manage success metrics and drive adoption across client base.
