Confiz is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join one of our largest retail clients, supporting critical POS and store transaction initiatives. This role will own end-to-end product delivery and discovery, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, and Store Operations to modernize store technology, address legacy POS gaps, and build a prioritized roadmap for future enhancements.

The position is hybrid: onsite 4 days per week with remote Fridays, and schedules from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in an Agile squad.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to prioritize backlog from incomplete information.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in technical contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Own epic-level delivery end to end from framing to launch with Engineering, UX, and Store Ops.
• Maintain backlog health, sprint cadence, and delivery transparency for the squad.
• Prioritize legacy POS parity gaps with a defensible sequencing plan.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and escalate blockers early.
• Represent squad work in planning forums and leadership updates.
• Navigate ambiguity with good judgment and action bias.
