Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and development of key solutions within Retail Media and Advertising Technology, specifically focusing on tools that support Selling and Campaign Management. This role involves defining product vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving innovation to optimize these tools for internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have deep product management experience, a passion for customer-driven solutions, and the ability to work across technical and business environments.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you’ll do

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Selling and Campaign Management tools within the Retail Media space.
• Lead the development and execution of quarterly OKRs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in Retail Media Selling and Campaign Management.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer and media client needs and translate them into valuable product features.
• Ensure continuous feedback loops with users (both internal and external) to validate priorities and refine product strategy.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience using agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant marketing or advertising product management experience.
• 4+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Media Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, APIs, and media performance KPIs.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organizations.
• JIRA, Confluence, Slack
• Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint)
