Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of product management experience owning and launching complex technical products.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Rally.
• CSPO or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain an outcomes-based backlog using user stories grounded in constituent needs.
• Lead quarterly roadmap conversations with stakeholders to align goals with delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate architecture decisions and ensure feasible implementation.
• Define OKRs and success metrics; track outcomes and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Develop product ownership capacity within the agency to strengthen partnership.
