Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Trailblazers to drive Missionforce in the public sector, leveraging AI and secure cloud capabilities. You will shape the product vision, plan multi-year roadmaps, and coordinate across executives, customers, and partners to deliver compliant solutions for complex government programs.

You will define pricing models, lead GTM activities, and ensure successful launches with cross-functional teams, balancing policy, security, and mission-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen residing in the U.S. with ability to meet screening standards.
• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience; strong public sector and defense background preferred.
• Ability to set a compelling product vision and lead cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Experience building 2–3 year roadmaps responsive to mission and market needs.
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), hybrid/multi-cloud, and secure government cloud ops.
• Strong background in AI/ML and analytics to automate workflows and accelerate decisions.
• Expertise in RMF, DoD SRG, NIST 800-53, and related security/regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for Missionforce offerings—especially for tax, revenue, and social programs.
• Delve into product architecture to meet government and defense requirements.
• Lead feature delivery and compliance efforts, coordinating across dev, testing, UX, security, legal, and ops.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, FDEs, UX, and Insights teams to validate solutions.
• Define and execute pricing/packaging strategy focused on customer outcomes.
• Drive GTM strategy and successful launches with sales/marketing enablement.
• Lead cross-functional product launches and evangelize value to government customers and partners.
• Establish and track metrics; demonstrate progress toward closing gaps and maturing capabilities.
