Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own DataSpring's Provider Directory product and domain, aligning strategy with regulatory needs and market opportunities. You will partner with UX, Technology, Data Science, and delivery teams to shape ideation, roadmap, and solution design, guiding funding and execution for growth and quality.

You will manage the full lifecycle, drive revenue growth and margins, and engage health plan executives, providers, and industry stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, strategy, data science, or healthcare data solutions.
• Experience with provider directory data and health plan operations preferred.
• Knowledge of No Surprises Act and CMS directory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Provider Directory product end-to-end, including roadmap and commercial model.
• Identify market opportunities and translate needs into roadmap and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry mandates, data governance, and data quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Sales.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, revenue, margin, and data quality, and guide investments.
• Manage funding and resourcing through annual planning and business cases.
• Drive go-to-market activities and support launch readiness across pilots and GA.
