CAQH is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own DataSpring's Provider Directory product and domain. You will shape strategy, manage the roadmap, and partner across UX, Technology, and Sales to drive adoption and revenue in a remote, exempt capacity.

This role focuses on market opportunities, data governance, and interoperability while delivering end-to-end product lifecycle leadership and external advocacy with health plans and provider organizations.

• Translate market needs and data use cases into product requirements and roadmaps.
