Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Provider Directory product and domain end-to-end. You will partner with UX, Technology, Data Science, and delivery teams to shape ideation, roadmap, and solution design while driving funding and market adoption.

You will engage health-plan executives and providers, translate market needs into concepts, and oversee governance, data accuracy, and interoperability as core differentiators of DataSpring's Directory solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, product strategy, data science, or healthcare data solutions experience.
• Experience with provider directory data, governance, and No Surprises Act considerations.
• Ability to develop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Provider Directory product end-to-end from strategy to retirement and funding.
• Define roadmap, commercial model, and KPIs to drive adoption, revenue, and data quality.
• Collaborate with Technology, UX, Marketing, Sales, and partners to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead market sizing, buyer analysis, and go-to-market priorities.
