Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a platform or product line in clinical research, owning the vision and roadmap, and driving AI-enabled strategy with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes customer-informed decisions, stakeholder alignment, and high autonomy.

The position requires 5+ years in product-related roles, familiarity with clinical processes, and experience in AI/ML integration, with remote work options and market-competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering; experience in clinical research or healthcare technology required.
• Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and/or multiple clinical software systems (e.g., for clinical site support, patient engagement, safety, regulatory review, etc,)
• Commercial software delivery experience in a 21 CFR Part 11 validated environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to make rapid and complex decisions that optimize across multiple, and at times, competing objectives.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics capabilities into product strategy and roadmap decisions, with the ability to evaluate feasibility, articulate client impact, and align AI investments to business objectives.
• Results orientation, team player and holding self and others accountable for achieving results for customers and the business.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and influence at the team level in a complex, matrixed environment with the ability to develop product strategies and execute across multiple sets of customers, internal stakeholders, and products.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical matters to technical and non-technical individuals, and to all levels of management.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile software development methodology preferred.
