Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for digital shareholder engagement and regulatory communications, translating regulatory changes into scalable product capabilities and ensuring compliance.

You will work cross-functionally with technology, legal, compliance, and client teams to prioritize initiatives, measure success, and drive launches from concept to optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, regulatory technology, or capital markets.
• Experience leading products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Ability to translate complex business, regulatory, or client requirements into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, operations, legal, compliance, UX, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for digital shareholder engagement and regulatory communications.
• Identify market opportunities created by regulatory change, evolving client needs, and new technologies.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable product capabilities.
• Lead products from concept through design, development, pilot, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Convert market and client needs into product requirements, user journeys, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with technology, UX, operations, legal, compliance, and information security teams.
• Make scope and sequencing decisions while balancing time to market, client value, and operational readiness.
