Job summary

Etsy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Recommendations team to help shoppers discover more of what Etsy has to offer. You will lead a squad responsible for promoted and organic recommendations and report to the Senior Director of Product, Recommendations.

As a PM at Etsy, you will work alongside engineers, applied scientists, and analysts to reason about system behavior, tradeoffs, and impact. You will own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end solutions that deliver measurable value for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or comparable experience.
• Customer centric and empathetic to users.
• Outcomes focused with track record of delivering impact.
• Ownership with urgency to fix ambiguity.

• ML/AI experience in retrieval/ranking; recommender/search exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and roadmap addressing high upside customer problems.
• Drive and align teammates on key product decisions shaping Etsy discovery.
• Partner with Recommendations and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that impact customers and the business.
• Support team culture, health, and growth; advocate for teammates and the broader team.
• Role scope may evolve with business needs and local law.
