Job summary

Aechelon Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of advanced flight simulation solutions.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to shape capabilities for high-fidelity visual systems that meet military standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering, Program Management, Systems Engineering, QA and content teams to translate requirements into executable plans and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex technical products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for external stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer requirements to shape future capabilities.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable work plans with Engineering, PM, Systems, QA and content teams.
• Prioritize backlogs to deliver features on schedule.
