Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Drive modernization of an enterprise real-time correspondence platform (letters, disclosures, statements).
• Collaborate across LOBs and external partners to onboard/offboard customer communications.
• Translate internal and external needs into capabilities enabling an enterprise-wide destination platform.
