Job summary

Capital One in McLean, VA is seeking a Product Manager for the Outbound Correspondence team. You will own the full lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving modernization of an enterprise correspondence platform for real-time letters, disclosures and statements.

Collaborating across Technology, Supply Chain and Servicing Strategy, you will translate internal and customer needs into capabilities that enable a destination platform with paper fallback, self-healing controls and dynamic composition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related)
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to development and launch.
• Drive modernization of an enterprise correspondence platform for real-time letters, disclosures and statements.
• Collaborate across Technology, Supply Chain and Servicing Strategy and work across LOBs to onboard/offboard customer communications.
