Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager for the Outbound Correspondence team to own the complete lifecycle of a real-time enterprise correspondence platform. You will drive modernization, collaborate with Technology, Supply Chain, and Servicing Strategy, and onboard/offboard customer communications across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch for the enterprise correspondence platform.
