Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Miami to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for Purchasing initiatives. You will own a high-impact product area, partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams, and ship features that improve customer and associate experience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Product Management experience, a strong analytical mindset, and a track record of delivering data-informed strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Product Management and a strong track record delivering data-driven products.
• 7+ years PM experience with delivering impactful products informed by user insights and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset to frame problems, source inputs with data partners, and distill actionable insights.
• Ability to define and measure KPIs linking product performance to business value.
• High collaboration skills; ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of a strategic product or initiative from problem definition to measuring results.
• Develop a roadmap aligning business outcomes with user needs and prioritize ruthlessly.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Craft narratives connecting evidence to impact and communicate tradeoffs to executives.
