Job summary

Lennar USA is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Buying & Selling to own the product roadmap across the home buying journey. You will partner with data science, design, UX, and engineering to deliver features that enhance the buyer and sales experience using AI to accelerate discovery and decision making.

You will translate strategy into actionable requirements, drive cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to growth and adoption of digital tools that streamline the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of product management experience building digital products.
• Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional stakeholders, driving clarity, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a highly visible roadmap with data science, design, UX, and engineering to bring new features to market, using AI to accelerate discovery.
• Lead the development of digital tools that streamline the sales process and improve selling performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to integrate digital products into a cohesive sales workflow.
• Analyze behavioral data, conduct A/B tests, and drive conversion improvements.
• Identify user needs, fill product gaps, and generate ideas to drive adoption and growth.
• Utilize AI tools to draft briefs, user stories, and synthesize feedback.
• Translate strategy into detailed technical requirements and prototypes.
