Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr Product Manager for Purchasing to own the vision, strategy, and execution of strategic initiatives. You will lead an end-to-end product, align roadmaps with business and user needs, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ship high-impact features that move the needle.

You will use qualitative and quantitative data to define success metrics, craft narratives for executives, and manage risk to deliver pragmatic,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field required, with 5+ years as a Product Manager.
• 7+ years PM experience delivering data-driven products that meet user needs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to source/validate data inputs and distill insights for product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of a strategic product or initiative from problem definition to results measurement.
• Develop a clear roadmap aligning business outcomes with user needs, prioritizing ruthlessly.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Craft narratives that connect evidence to impact and communicate tradeoffs to executives.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and define product success metrics.
• Break down complex problems and deliver pragmatic solutions under tight constraints.
• Create structure for cross-team collaboration and sequencing.
• Actively manage risk and propose a path forward to unblock momentum.
• Bring analytical rigor to understand customer needs and operational data.
• Contribute to and evolve internal product standards and playbooks.
