Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design documents to provide feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for computational lithography software.
• Design test cases for algorithm correctness, numerical behavior and edge conditions.
• Analyze outputs to ensure results match product requirements and expectations.
• Develop Python/C++ tools to compare results and improve test efficiency.
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for complex workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects; perform regression testing.
